Kick-A-Thon 2026DONATE HERE to AFLAC KIDSThank you in advance for helping our Dojo contribute to the life saving support that the Aflac Cancer Center and Blood Disorders Service of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta provides. Please click the 'Donate Here' button to make a donation to support our fundraising efforts. Here's what is going on ... The Martial Arts Center is hosting Annual Fundraiser throughout the months of February and March for 'Kids with Cancer', over at CHOA / AFLAC. We will culminate our fundraising efforts in a "Kick-A-Thon" on March 21st, 2026. This is a fun way to celebrate everyone's effort and money raised up to this point. We will be throwing 4000 to 5000 kicks over 3 hours (10am to 1pm) @ The Martial Arts Center, here in Tucker, Ga. There will be music, laughter, sweat, and hopefully no tears... well maybe, tears of joy. Kick-A-Thon 2024 raised $14,100!The Aflac Cancer Center treats nearly 350 new cancer patients each year and follows more than 2,500 patients with sickle cell disease, hemophilia and other blood disorders. Patients range from infants to young adults. Michael Hernandez, Shihan, a 7th Degree Black Belt and owner of The Martial Arts Center, is himself a cancer survivor. He knows firsthand the battles these children wage to survive and reclaim their lives. Interview with Shihan Mike |
