By the way, we love to grapple and emphasize the teachings of groundwork in our Jujitsu / Jiu-Jitsu classes while focusing on getting back to your feet for safety reasons. A typical Jujitsu / Jiu-Jitsu class here at The Martial Arts Center in Tucker starts with a yoga based stretch followed by a warm up routine consisting of calisthenic and plyometric exercises. From there, each class is a little different as we might emphasize falling & throwing in one class, striking & joint locking in another or we might rendori (wrestle) for a good part of class.
