Thank you for your interest in our Martial Arts programs. I want to personally invite you to visit our center and try a class. You will experience a group of people who are eager to help meet your needs in the areas of health, fitness and self-defense. We teach Traditional Martial Arts with a modern day rational. Our Programs Are Unique...
Our Adult Karate Program incorporates two traditional systems ~ Okinawan Shuri-Ryu Karate and Shintoyoshin-Kai Jujitsu / Jiujitsu. The two systems are very complimentary and guide the student in becoming well rounded in their martial skills.
Our Adult Jujitsu Program is of Japanese origin. Shintoyoshin-Kai Jujitsu / Jiujitsu emphasizes balance, leverage, and sensitivity while learning the aspects of falling, throwing, striking, groundwork and basic self-defense. This program is taught separate from our Karate program during our afternoon classes throughout the week.
Our Adult Kickboxing Program is a highly motivating and intense training experience. In this Kickboxing program, the principles of striking will be explored while conditioning the body physically ~ aerobically and anaerobically. Our Kickboxing classes are held to an undertone of highly energetic music.
Our Children Karate Program is sure to give your children a great workout while stressing awareness, the ability to focus on the task at hand and respect for themselves and others. Karate will nurture a sense of independence and confidence in their abilities.
Our Facility Is Comfortable and Convenient...
The Martial Arts Center is a 9000 square foot facility... Beautifully laid out! We offer 5 training areas which are fully matted. Comfortable seating is available next to each of our training mats. We provide separate Men and Women dressing rooms as well as bathrooms. In addition, there is a closed circuit T.V. Monitor away from the main training area for your viewing. We believe in keeping a clean and organized environment. We are confident that you will enjoy your total experience.
Our school is conveniently located in Atlanta, Georgia at the crossroads of North Druid Hills and Lavista. We can be found in the "Toco Hills Shopping Plaza". We are proud to service the communities of Toco Hills, Avondale Estates, Buckhead, Stone Mountain, Decatur, Emory, Virginia Highlands, Morningside, Northlake and Dekalb County.
